REFUND POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Except for any products designated as single-use and/or non-returnable, we accept returns of the products for a refund of your purchase price, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery, and provided such products are returned in their original, un-used or like-new condition.
You can create a return from within your Brake Free account or by sending us an return request email to mailus@brakefreetech.eu so that we can take care of it manually.
To obtain a refund please include your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email, in your Brake Free account or on your invoice.
If you have a fitment issue or any other extraneous circumstances that fall outside of our return policy, please send our support team an email at mailus@brakefreetech.eu We will do our best to help resolve your issue. We will handle each requests on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse a refund.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately 3-5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our website (www.brakefreetech.EU).
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS SINGLE-USE OR NON-RETURNABLE.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order means you are paying to purchase a product that is not currently in stock and thus a pre-order option is available. You are agreeing to pre-pay for the product that will be delivered to you at a later date. The payment for the product will be processed like a regular transaction.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF PURCHASED GOODS
Estimated delivery dates (-if any) are strictly indications. Delays caused by local custom authorities can immensely delay delivery and push the initial estimated delivery date back. We rely on collaboration with partners in the industry with no less than AAA ratings, yet if any delays occur understand that we will do everything in our control to get orders delivered to our customers as soon as possible. If the information is provided as such, in that case we may change delivery dates at our discretion. We will communicate new estimations for a future delivery date via email or otherwise as soon as we can predict a more accurate delivery date.
CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund (-minus transactional fees from your order withheld by Stripe Inc.) for any reason within 30 calendar days (1 month) of receiving your pre-order confirmation email. Our standard return policy applies for fulfilled and/or delivered pre-orders. Products must be returned in their original condition. Please read our returns and refunds policy.
