Great product, review from here on is simply future improvement feedback

My personal opinions only. I fully understand the complexities behind R&D - materials, weight, cost and regulations to deal with.

Mount - I know it’s a bitch designing for variable curved surfaces. Your mount / locking system needs to be either quick release or fixed (permanent). Right now it’s in the middle. To annoying to take on and off but not secure enough so someone could steal it. Also would recommend rubber / firm sponge compound on sides to remove any wobble however small (look at how motorbikes layer their fairings would be the easiest in my opinion).

Button - Again I know it needs to be waterproof etc but offers zero feedback. Customers will want to turn your device on and off whilst wearing the helmet + gloves. Recommend a click or a slide for power button to allow confirmation. Simple ease of use / quality of life improvement, annoying engineering implementation.

Import tax - this will put off customers / catch them off guard. (Average customer does not understand such things) please implement it / calculate it at point of sale. This will damage future reviews needlessly no matter how good the product.

Marketing - UK customer, randomly saw this on a random YouTube video sponsor of a approx year old video randomly spit at me by the algorithm. I.e. it is such a good concept; if more people knew about it, more people would buy it. It is a good product.

Switching to usb-c very smart.
Black + white version very smart. Contrasting colours would be safer than trying to colour match of you wanted to expand via that route.
People love individuality, different shapes / customisation options would be my future direction recommendation down the road once your main version is “perfected” (smooth/curved, slim, small versions etc).

Small quality of life issues but overall very impressed. Excellent concept, good implementation (so far).
I’m sure there is some stupid regulation / reason but I personally think all motorbike brake lights should do this as standard.

Apologies if this isn’t what reviews are for I never bother writing them. Most products are either fine or need a lot of work, yours feels like just needs some minor tweaks then could be on every helmet
