Brake Free Tech EU is committed to making brakefreetech.eu usable by as many riders as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable for a business of our size.

Ongoing effort includes semantic HTML, keyboard navigability, alt text on product imagery, sufficient colour contrast, and compatibility with common screen readers.

We know not every part of the site meets AA today, and we work on it continuously. If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from completing a task — browsing, ordering, reading support articles — please email mailus@brakefreetech.eu with subject line ACCESSIBILITY and a short description. We respond within 5 business days and prioritise fixes.
